Account details you provide (name, work email, company); the business data you enter to run reports (brand names, domains, competitor names, and buyer questions); product usage and analytics; and payment status (payments are processed by Stripe — we never store full card details).
To run AI-visibility checks and reports, operate your account, provide support, send service and (with consent) marketing emails, and improve the product. We measure AI-answer visibility using official AI provider APIs. We do not scrape gated platforms, and we do not sell personal data.
We share data only as needed with: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Encharge (email), Google Analytics (site analytics), and AI API providers (e.g. OpenAI, Perplexity) to run checks. Each processes data under its own terms.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. Where required, we request consent for non-essential cookies.
We keep account and report data while your subscription is active and delete or anonymize it on request after cancellation. You can request access, export, correction, or deletion by emailing support@getcitewatch.com.
