CiteWatch monitors how brands appear in AI assistant answers and produces white-label reports. AI outputs vary and are outside our control: we measure and report visibility trends, but we do not guarantee any specific mention, citation, ranking, or result. Our methodology may change as AI platforms change.
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. We'll give reasonable notice of any price change. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You may present reports to your own clients under your branding (white-label). You may not resell raw underlying data as a standalone product, misrepresent the data, or use the service unlawfully.
You own your client data you provide. We own the CiteWatch software, methodology, and platform. The report content is licensed to you for use with your clients.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for third-party AI outputs or decisions made based on the reports.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Helion Global Group LLC's jurisdiction.
